Wildflower honey is an amber honey that we always recommend for baking, using in coffee or tea and for just general eating. Wildflower has a stronger flavour than the white honey, but is not quite as potent as the buckwheat. This is a lovely, flavourful honey that is generally extracted in the middle to the end of the season, depending on what the bees have been into.
